Builders Club at Pike County Middle School (PCMS) Builders Club provides middle school students with opportunities to develop leadership, improve self-esteem, perform acts of service in the community and learn life skills through service. Middle school years bridge the gap between childhood and young adulthood. It is a crossroads in life. Young people need and want new and exciting challenges that direct their personal development toward the fulfillment of a happy and productive life. Builders Club helps to build strong leaders for tomorrow...today. Builders Club provides a way to form sound personal values based on experiences in meaningful community-service activities. The members learn by doing. They learn organization, teamwork, and leadership.
